10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

While we utilize industry-leading technology to ensure maximum uptime, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely immune to cyber-attacks or telecommunication failures. In the event of a critical system malfunction, server crash, or software glitch that corrupts the outcome of a game, all wagers placed during the period of malfunction will be deemed unequivocally void, and initial stakes will be refunded to your account.

12. Dormant and Inactive Accounts

An account is deemed "Inactive" if you have not logged in, placed a wager, or initiated a deposit/withdrawal for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Once an account achieves Inactive status, Betway reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from your remaining real-money balance. We will attempt to notify you via email at least 30 days before the first administrative fee is applied.

If your account remains Inactive and the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. In accordance with state escheatment laws, if your Betway account remains dormant for an extended statutory period (typically 3 to 5 years, varying by state) and still holds a positive balance, we are legally mandated to remit those funds to the Unclaimed Property Division of your respective state.
